There are a couple of bad apples in the bunch! I’m mad one of the guards was given my Amazon package and he disappeared with the box. We have him on camera! The business told my manager they don’t handle packages. The guard said the box was badly damaged and he could see inside the box was empty. A lie as we saw everything on camera. Yet they still continue to send this guard to our building after being told he wasn’t wanted if he’d steal from the residents. I asked him where was my box and he replied he threw it away. On CCTV, the box was observed whole and intact. How can you condone your employee stealing from seniors? There are a couple of great guards but some are giving your business a bad name.

I can't say enough good things about Citiguard! They deserve more than a 5 star rating. We were in search of a security company for our daughter's high school graduation party and when we searched online, Citiguard was the first company that came up. They had a 5 star rating, so we called and hired three of their guards for the party. They were exceptional....they showed up early and were impeccable in carrying out our instructions as to what we wanted them to do. They were easy to work with and very professional. In addition, they were great in how they handled the 150+ teenagers who came to the party! We knew we were in good hands with Citiguard and will definitely use them again. FANTASTIC WORK, Citiguard!!! I work at a plastic surgeon's office, and after our office was threatened, our company hired Citiguard for our safety. We were guarded by Officer Spencer for 2 weeks, and we appreciated his presence in and out of the office. His professional and friendly manner made us feel safe and comfortable, and he quickly became part of our office family. We will DEFINITELY be using Citiguard in the future for all of our security needs.

We recently hired Citiguard at our apartment complex in Santa Ana, CA after meeting with multiple companies . Edward came in from Citiguard and Gave us an amazing presentations . Now after using Citiguard for the last three months they have been amazing at reporting all the issue we have and have helped tackle down the majority of the issues . We don’t have the huge park issues we used to have . Citiguard is a great fit for any apartment complex that is looking to improve security .

Thank you Citiguard for all the professional services you have provided my studio in hollywood! It's been really pleasant communicating with management and all our assigned guards are prompt and easy to work with. I have tried other security companies in the past but was never satisfied; either the guards were never on time or fulfilled their service or I was disappointed with dealing with management. Definitely recommend this security service for any event! They recently provided 3 security guards for my sister's wedding in down town LA, and they personally made sure guest who had parked far made it safely to their cars. They were professional and efficient and on time which was a huge plus considering how traffic can be in that area. Highly recommend them! Affordable too! You'll be happy with their service and won't regret it!
