Had my box for 2 days, asked for an upgrade to my box, upgrade was made the box came back online and then server box crashed. Made a ticket and they never got back to until I cancelled my service and asked for a refund. Horrible customer service.

This company is the worst. My friend had a dedicated server and was hosting my site and their other sites. Whatever happened and she paid the bill two days late and they deleted ALL of our data and refused to restore it. Stay away from this company.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Interserver. My website has experienced frequent downtime, resulting in complaints from my clients. Unfortunately, my attempts to seek assistance from their support team have been met with unprofessionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Interserver to anyone. In fact, several of my friends who initially signed up with them have since switched to other providers. It's important to prioritize reliability and quality support, and I regret my decision to choose Interserver.

So happy with Interserver, just all around excellent value and support. Best host I ever had. I don't have experience with the web hosting, but the dedicated servers are top notch bang for your buck.

I found their customer service really slow. Sometimes servers go down. Definitely not recommended. Please do not waste your time and money here.
