The only thing i don’t like is they are not punctual about time they send me out for delivery email at 8:30am and they call me at 6pm i was at work and another thing is they don’t speak english which was very hard for me bcz i am new here and i don’t speak spanish much

Very irresponsible company. I whole moth I'm trying to pick up my parcel from pick up point which never works. And now is removed from their pick up points list. Nice!
About solving the problem there is no words cuz all the time they're ignoring all claims. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY 👎👎👎👎👎

CTT Express in Gran Canaria is a complete disaster and Temu still works with them!!! I usually have good experiences with Temu. But last time, everything went terribly wrong with my package, which was delivered by CTT Express in Las Palmas. To keep the story short: I waited about two months for my package in Gran Canaria. My package arrived, but CTT Express didn't send it at all. They claimed the address was wrong (which isn't true) or said they sent it but no one was home (which isn't true either, because I gave them the address of the cafeteria). The cafeteria is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I went to them last week (they have one office/ warehouse in the entire Gran Canaria). They keep the packages in their warehouse . They don't send them to people. They keep most of the packages with their warehouse, and if someone is lucky, they can get to their warehouse in time to get their package. I spoke with one of their employees. My package was there in their warehouse for 10 days and then sent back to Madrid. And they said that Madrid wouldn't send it back to me!!! My package is simply gone? I asked the employee, why didn't you send me an email or call to pick it up? Her answer: "We don't do that." She also said, "We kept your package here for 10 days and then sent it back to Madrid, and your package is simply gone!" And CTT Express reported on this day (the day I was at their warehouse) that they had tried to deliver to me, but no one was home!!! (Simply lies)!!!!! The problem is, Temu isn't helping at all. I couldn't contact Temu. I've been trying to call CTT Express for over a month (I often couldn't reach them, but when I did get through to someone, they often disconnected me!) One time, I got a woman on the phone, and she promised me I'd get my package within a day. But it's just lies!!! If Temu doesn't fix this, I'll never order anything from them. I just want my package.

Fui para recibir un paquete de temu que llevaba esperando 2 meses y me dijeron que no me lo podían entregar porque lo recibiría al día siguiente 🤦
Y al día siguiente me llegó un mensaje con un pin para ir a recogerlo y cuando lo recibí me di cuenta que lo habían sellado con cinta adhesiva y los paquetes de temu vienen sellados con pegamento sin cinta adhesiva...😳
Ésto me hizo desconfiar asique le quité la cinta adhesiva y en una esquina del paquete había un agujero por el que cabía un brazo perfectamente 😡 y eso me cabreo bastante.
Asique lo abrí y descubrí que faltaban 4 objetos de los que había pedido en temu.
Me quejé a temu y me devolvieron el crédito de inmediato pero estoy bastante enfadado...
No sé si fue ésta empresa o donde fui a recoger el paquete pero el hecho de que no me quisieran entregar un paquete que tenían en su almacén a mí nombre me hace desconfiar bastante de que eso pasó allí y no en la tienda donde lo recogí.
Si me vuelve a pasar con otro envío les pondré una denuncia por sustracción de objetos enviados.

Empresa pésima, poco profesional y poca seriedad. El estado de los envíos no corresponde al tiempo de ejecución. No les interesa cambiar el estado de los envíos en su página, para que los clientes no se quejen por la tardanza en las entregas, y así generar la duda si es culpa de Temus. Sé de qué hablo, ya que llevo más de 20 años en este ramo de transporte de paqueteria. Sólo deben fijarse en la etiqueta que viene pegada junto al sobre de entrega de su paquete, y ahí verán la fecha que sale desde Madrid. Comprobarás el tiempo del envío y de la entrega y comprobarás cuanto es la tardanza de la entrega. Siento vergüenza por esta empresa que daño este sector.
