Had the pleasure of working with Bridget for my passport renewal, she was very professional and sweet.

I came prepared by calling ahead to see what I would need to bring to ensure I would get my passport in time. The woman on the phone emailed me info and I put my package together. When I arrived on site, my appointment was done in 10 minutes. I got my passport shortly a few days after.

I am greatly appreciative of the services provided at this Consulate General office and by the representative Tania who helped me. I am a Canadian living in Los Angeles. I showed up at LAX on a Saturday for a flight to Peru, and was unable to board as my passport expired within 6 months. First thing Monday morning I went to the Consulate General office and was seen right away. I provided my updated Wednesday travel itinerary, and they were able to expedite a temporary passport for pick up on Tuesday. My travel plans that I had been organizing for months, and the money invested in these plans were saved!! Thank you Tania so much for your professional service and assistance throughout this process. Everything was completed in such a timely manner with confidence and support. Advice to other travelers that accidentally find themselves in this position - make sure to arrive at the office with a passport application filled out and passport photos already taken. Thanks again!!!

I lost my passport and it was a very stressful time, but after calling them, they made the process simple for me. They're closed from 12 - 1:30 though, and you have to call them to book an appointment in order to get up the elevator to their floor (9th floor). I started my process at 1:30 and was able to get a temporary passport to catch my flight home by 10:30 the next morning! It's thanks to Bridget, who was very caring and understood that I was anxious. It was a good service (but hopefully I won't be back!)

I am very satisfied with the speed and efficiency of one of the workers here. We got our Canadian passports stolen in Las Vegas, and when we came over to Los Angeles, it took Bridget who works there approx. 2 days until our 5 temporary passports were completed. She was very fast and we made our flight back just in time. Thank you!!
