My mom and I visited the Greenville SC location today. Interesting that they ask for your name and email address when you check in… although we were blown away by the customer service. Trey at Santa Maria Novella was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the company and answered all of our questions. The women at Tiffany & Co were very sweet especially the woman from NC. Louis at the Whitman was very attentive and personable. The food did not disappoint! You can tell he really enjoys his job. I’ve worked in hospitality and ecotourism for 12 years and I can say the entire staff from the retail associates to the security guards were nothing but polite and friendly.

What an amazing experience and very interesting concept. I had the privilege of attending their opening white party and it was such a fun time! We also visited the pop up the next day and we were blown away by the customer experience we received from all the employees, from the front entrance to the shops. Shout out to Emma, Javier, Thelma, and Eric for taking such great care of us! Excited to see where this ventures too next!

We went to Whitman’s restaurant and it was fabulous! My husband said it was the best steak he has ever had. My shrimp was fabulous. Their cerviche was delicious too. Our server was so friendly and professional.
The shops were exquisite! The perfumery shop was my favorite! I hope they come again! What a special event. All the employees were so friendly too!?

The staff at each store were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service and making me feel welcome throughout my visit. They were knowledgeable about the products and offered helpful recommendations without being pushy, which I truly appreciated.

One of the highlights of my visit was the delightful atmosphere. The pop-up is situated in a scenic area, providing a pleasant backdrop for a day of shopping. There are also lovely spots to sit and take a break, making it easy to spend a few hours exploring without feeling rushed.

Overall, the Bal Harbour Shops Pop-up exceeded my expectations. It’s a wonderful addition to the area and a perfect spot for a day of luxury shopping. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable shopping experience!

I had such a unique experience visiting the Bal Harbour shops! Having a variety of new and exciting stores in the community has been a much needed and anticipated gift to my friends and I. All the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They made us feel special and went out of their way to guide us. I highly recommend visiting!

Cute pop up. Loved the no pressure from the sales people to buy, some were nice others were very snotty and uppity ?so that was annoying it’s very small so don’t except to spend a lot of time here unless you are buying from ever store lol. They have a restaurant as well and a bar very cute.
