The build quality of my INshed is AMAZING! We've been doing some renovations to our home and the GC we're working with was very impressed. I get the feeling there are folks making sheds here in Nashville, but they're pumping out sub standard product and asking big money.

INshed delivered a high quality shed - that serves as my home office and my kids art/music space. The shed is of high quality - they even use Hardie siding - so they aren't skimping on the materials. The innovative design feature on their website allowed me to customize my shed at my own pace without feeling pressured from a sales standpoint. After my initial meeting with them, I had some custom modifications to my design that they took on seamlessly, all the way to the promised delivery date. It’s hard to find respectful, knowledgeable, and reasonable builders out there, but I found that in Bob and his team. Highly recommend!!

We hired INShed and Bob Clarizio to build a custom backyard office and paid a sizeable deposit.

Over the course of the next several months, we cycled through several different project managers (quit? fired?) with no real movement on the project and very haphazard communication until we were working with Bob directly. The project was very far behind at that point, but seemed like we were finally moving forward.

We were unable to obtain a permit in our desired location due to zoning issues so we told Bob that we needed to cancel the project. Bob then ceased all communication with us and wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls.

We contacted the Kane County sheriff's office and the State Attorney General consumer protection division. An investigation was opened and after several months the case was referred for prosecution against Bob. At that point, Bob reached out and said that he had our refund "ready to go" and the money was wired back into our account - nearly a year after the initial deposit was made.

Do not do business with Bob Clarizio, INShed, or Bantam Built homes. You'll see from reviews that other people have experienced the same: if things go wrong, Bob will disappear and you'll have to fight to get your money back.

I needed an outdoor office and recording studio that could withstand the weather in the Pacific Northwest, be secure, keep outside noises out, and become my forever workspace.
